vCloud endpoint configuration

Hi All,

     I believe there is no agent required for vCloud director and VCO. I've added a vCloud endpoint and when I run data collection it gives error.

Workflow "vCloudEndpointDataCollection" failed with the following exception:  The given key was not present in the dictionary.

If I add sdk at the end, example - https://<vcloudhostname>/sdk it gives "Workflow "vCloudEndpointDataCollection" failed with the following  exception:  Cannot connect to vCloud serverUrl: Please verify endpoint and  credentials. Inner Exception: No Error Report - 404.

Gives the same for both System and Organizations.
