Error Updating SSO Configuration

Hi All,

I am having problem when try to setup the SSO setting for vCAC appliance. All the FQDN is working fine, i can ping both the identity and vcac FQDN, telnet  to the port as well.

For the identity server, i have self generated certificated completed without error as well as for the vcac SSL, But when i try to save the setting under SSO setting tab with all the parameter, it give me error. "Error updating SSO configuration"

VCAC version 6.1.1

Any guide to check the log file or anyone facing this issue before?
