I have installed vCAC 6.1 in an environment that has its own dedicated AD env. However there is no email server local to the dedicated AD. Consequently, email must go out to an Exchange email server managed by another AD.
Does this matter? Should the Exchange server be in the same AD? Just trying to understand how approval policies would be able to send email to addresses that are associated with an isolated AD?
