SSO soap Web Service

Is there a way to use SSO soap webservice to log in a user in vCAC?

I'm trying to integrate the vcac login into my Company's portal so users can click on a link to access vCAC with no need of typing user and password again.

I was trying to create a SAML request (including user and pass) to redirect the user to the SSO or use the SSO soap web service.

Is there a possibility to do this? Is there any example?
