Hi,
I'm facing another problem after upgrading, this time none of the vm's which get provisioned in vsphere with the clone workflow get an IP assigned from the network profile. There are no error messages and I've already opened a ticket with support in the hopes, that the issue will be resolved. The Network Profile and Network Name were assigned to the blueprint and Reservation, still after provisioning the IP does not get allocated (it does not show on the IP rangel ist in the Network Profile) and values like DNS and GW are not assigned to the VM, only the Profile Name:
An intermediate solution would be assigning the IP address manually using direct access to the vm. The problem here is, that if the issue gets resolved, I will have a discrepancy in what is allocated under the Network Profile and what the real set value is.
So my question is - is it possible, for example using a vCO workflow, to assing an IP post provisioning from the network profile? I know setting an IP itself would be easy, using the guest customisation workflows, but what about pulling and assigning an unallocated one from the Network Profile? I've tried to find the Network Profile under the vCAC Plugins in vCO, but could not find it.
