Null Endpoint Plug-in list under Administration-->AdvServices-->Endpoints

After setting up vcac and vco, I am not able to add any endpoint plugins under Administration-->Advanced Services-->Endpoints in vCAC Build 6.0-1720522 since the dropdown list contains absolutely nothing. What would cause an issue like this?
