I have a VCAC BLUEPRINT that I have made from a TEMPLATE in vCENTER if I create a VM with the TEMPLATE it will not boot automaticall

I have a VCAC BLUEPRINT that I have made from a TEMPLATE in vCENTER  if I create a VM with the TEMPLATE it will not boot automatically , but when it is linked to a BLUEPRINT it will boot when deployed , why is this and how can it be made not to do this ?
