Visual Studio fails to load vCO Workflow List

vCac: 5.2

vCO: 5.1.1

Using vCac Designer, I can make use of "Invoke vCo Workflow" activity and able to select Name of workflows from a popup list of items.

However, I am not able to do so from Visual Studio. I have followed Tom's instructions (http://clearascloud.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/setting-up-vco-integration-with-vcac.html), but no effect..

Wonder if this is a bug or can someone help me out please. Thank you.
