How to: Enable Remote WMI Requests on Windows Machines?

Hi vCAC Community,

I'm working off the VMware vCloud Automation Center 6.0 Documentation Center documentation, specifically, this page: Enable Remote WMI Requests on Windows Machines

The docs on that page want you to "Enable Remote WMI Requests on Windows Machines".  So, how is that done, exactly?

I found an MS TechNet thread that details how to allow WMI access inbound through the Windows Firewall via a Group Policy, and I enabled that.  I'm just wondering if this is sufficient or if there is more to do?  Here is the TechNet thread:
