"Error occurred communicating with the server. Please contact the administrator." When I try to access to access templates

I've integrated vCAC with vFabric application director. I've added vCAC instance as cloud provider successfully. But when I try to access templates, getting above error. I've already added vcac certificates to app director appliance's keystore. Any idea?
